What we were asked to do
We were approached by a successful mortgage broker to refresh their brand identity. Our challenge was that they were emotionally invested in their original identity, which we felt did not reflect the flair and attention to detail in their service. We had to steer them through great change and help them see that the new identity reflected their values and presented them more effectively. They are highly-skilled at guiding their clients through the upheaval of house purchasing and they do this with confidence and care, which is what we set out to communicate. We created a fresh, optimistic, dynamic and friendly identity, whilst retaining an outwardly corporate presentation. The project included stationery, website and corporate clothing design.
